We publish this Privacy Policy to assure you that your rights as a Data Subject are protected under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 ("PDPA"), and to explain our guidelines for collecting, using, and disclosing personal data, along with our data security measures.
D.O.T. House may review and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Should there be any material revision, we will notify you and, where required, request your consent to the updated Policy.

D.O.T. House retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention periods are as follows:

Talent profiles and casting materials: for the duration of active representation or production interest, and up to 3 years thereafter

Contract and project records: minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable regulations

Website and platform usage data: up to 12 months
Once the retention period expires and the data is no longer required, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data. In the event of a dispute or legal proceedings, D.O.T. House reserves the right to retain the relevant data until the matter is finally resolved.

Under the PDPA and applicable law, you have the following rights:
9.1 Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, unless restricted by law or an existing contract.
