Please note that D.O.T. House does not collect sensitive financial data such as credit card numbers or banking information through our Platforms.

D.O.T. House does not intend to collect personal data from minors (individuals under 20 years of age). If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal data without consent from a parent or guardian, we will delete such data as soon as possible.

7. Data Security Measures
The security of your personal data is of utmost importance to D.O.T. House. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. We will review and update these measures whenever necessary or when technology changes, to ensure ongoing effectiveness. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
 
8. Data Retention
D.O.T. House retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention periods are as follows:

• Talent profiles and casting materials: for the duration of active representation or production interest, and up to 3 years thereafter

• Contract and project records: minimum of 7 years in accordance with applicable regulations

• Website and platform usage data: up to 12 months

 
Once the retention period expires and the data is no longer required, we will delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data. In the event of a dispute or legal proceedings, D.O.T. House reserves the right to retain the relevant data until the matter is finally resolved.
 
9. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the PDPA and applicable law, you have the following rights:
9.1 Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, unless restricted by law or an existing contract.
