1. Acceptance of Terms

3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
Certain features of our Platforms may require you to register an account using a Facebook, Google, or email login. Additional terms may apply to specific services. Where applicable, your system administrator may be able to access or disable your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and not share it with any third party;

• Avoid using the same password as you use for third-party applications;

• Notify D.O.T. House immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or breach of your account security.

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination
D.O.T. House reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable law, without liability to you.
 
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and materials available on our Platforms — including but not limited to scripts, footage, films, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, music, and branding — are owned by or licensed to D.O.T. House and are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Use of our Platforms does not grant you any intellectual property rights. In particular:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on our Platforms without prior written permission from D.O.T. House or the respective rights holder.

• These Terms do not grant you any right to use D.O.T. House's name, logos, trademarks, or branding in any form.

• You must not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices on our Platforms.

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

 
5. Talent and Artist Submissions
If you submit materials to D.O.T. House for casting consideration, artist representation, or production purposes — including portfolios, showreels, headshots, or biographical information — you agree that:

• You own or have the right to submit all materials, and they do not infringe the rights of any third party;

• D.O.T. House is under no obligation to review, retain, or respond to any submission;

• Submitted materials may be shared internally with directors, producers, and relevant production personnel for evaluation purposes;

• By submitting, you grant D.O.T. House a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your submitted materials solely for project evaluation purposes;

• Submission does not create any contractual obligation or guarantee of engagement, representation, or employment.

 
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Platforms, you agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Platforms, servers, or networks connected to our services;

• Introduce viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful or disruptive code into our systems;

• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access or collect data from our Platforms without our prior written consent;

• Use our Platforms for any unauthorized commercial purpose or to compete with D.O.T. House's business;

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8.1 No Warranty
Our Platforms and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. D.O.T. House makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Platforms or their content.
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D.O.T. House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Platforms or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
